For the past 35 years, Michael Parker, the founder of Developing Workers, has dedicated his life to discipleship and building relationships that make a lasting impact. His journey began at Forest Home in 1990, near the Billy Graham rock, where he made a life-changing decision to be a disciple and to make disciples.

A couple weeks ago, Matt was back in Mexico, training over 169 church leaders alongside that same pastor. The growth and transformation that God brought through this pastor’s obedience caught the attention of other church leaders, who were eager to learn more.
