Developing Workers was founded out of a recognition of the need to support pastors and leaders who desperately require one-on-one training, mentoring, and guidance. You may not realize this, but there are leaders in our churches who work until they are running on empty, pouring themselves out for their congregations and communities.

Enter in: Developing Workers

Locally, globally, and virtually, we are equipping leaders through one-on-one mentoring, providing foundational training, materials, and more. Our hope is to empower our leaders with the stamina to continue the ripple effect of sharing the gospel. First and foremost, to be filled with the Holy Spirit and to work within their communities and churches from the overflow.
