Leader Coaching and Development

Our discipleship coaches empower and equip ministry leaders to serve in their God-given strengths through leadership development, and personal coaching. Focusing on the development of the whole person and their preparation for becoming the person God has made them to be.

Foundations

Our Foundations trainers provide free training workshops, free discipleship material, and ongoing coaching and mentoring to help pastors identify and equip leaders in their churches who will help multiply a disciple-making movement through their church.

Proven discipleship curriculum delivered in a ‘Come, Grow, Serve, Go’ model (translated into native languages if necessary). Optimized for believers without ready-access discipleship curriculum.

Strategy & Planning

Working with global churches to develop a strategy for building their church through discipleship. Helping leaders understand the multiplication method.

Helping leaders learn, understand, and develop their top five strengths and apply those strengths to their current leadership and organizational roles.

Values Finder

Team Development Process

International trip teams experience on-going StrengthsFinder training before & after the trip, as well as walking through the Developing Workers Spiritual Pathways. Designed for growth in the midst of service.

Internships Locally and Globally

We partner with local churches and ministries around the globe to offer an internship to equip and enhance emerging leaders. We offer hands-on experience in areas of interest as we partner with pastors, mentors and ministry leaders who will empower the next generation.
