In 2023, Developing Workers has mobilized ministry locally and globally with many blessings from the Lord – and we need your continued help to move ahead strong for the future.
What a year!
Through Foundations Training this past year, we trained over 1,800 leaders in Nigeria, Mexico, Zambia, Kenya, Malawi, Spain, Zanzibar, Poland, and Cambodia.
We connected with many amazing local and global leaders that share the vision of ending discipleship poverty, and when we are not connecting with these leaders in person, we leverage technology through WhatsApp, Zoom, and Facebook Messenger to continue to build on and strengthen these relationships.
We sent medical teams to serve in Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Mexico, and Zanzibar, seeing more than 375 people come to faith through the open door that serving physical needs provides and the prominent sowing of Gospel seeds.
A few more highlights to recount…
- Pastor Blessing in Nigeria implemented our training and trained almost 100 other pastors and leaders through Foundations workshops in 2 different states there.
- Leaders here in the United States grow in their personal lives and leadership as a result of coaching we are able to provide for free because of your generosity!
- Continued partnership with ministry partners like Global Surge in Cambodia that open opportunities for us to invest more into the lives of church planters. There, they are seeing the Gospel prevail in a Buddhist country through the power of discipleship.
