A few weeks ago, we shared a glimpse into our coaching approach, emphasizing our mission to align with the mission, vision, and values of those we guide. In the past couple of months, we’ve had the privilege of supporting three individuals through significant job transitions, helping them find roles that truly reflect their identities and where they feel called to be.
Today, we are thrilled to welcome Peter Gonzalez to our team and share his incredible journey with you.
For the past 15 years, Peter has been at the forefront of a spiritual movement, working with athletes and coaches at Arizona State University and across Phoenix. Through his leadership, countless lives have been transformed, hearts and minds renewed with the Gospel, and many have been set free from anxiety, depression, and fear. Celebrations of baptisms, marriages, and newfound faith have marked his impactful journey.
As Peter has grown into his roles as a husband and father, God has placed a new calling on his heart: to serve the local church. His passion is to use his gifts to bless, train, and develop church communities, fostering lifelong discipleship.
We are excited to announce that Peter is joining Developing Workers (DW), as a Discipleship Coach. Michael Parker has mentored Peter since 2009 through Developing Workers. Now, he brings his expertise in discipleship, his passion for creating discipleship materials, and his commitment to training leaders to our team.
Let’s welcome Peter with open arms and anticipate the incredible ways God will work through him and our ministry.
