WHAT WE DO:
At Developing Workers, coaching takes on a transformative role. We’re actively investing in their well-being by encouraging counseling sessions tailored to support their marriages. We walk alongside them through the complexities of staffing, helping them navigate crucial decisions with wisdom and insight.
However, our mission extends beyond the surface. It’s about guiding them to discover their church’s mission, vision, and values, ensuring that every step they take is in harmony with their calling—a calling rooted in faith and anchored in Jesus Christ. In the past three weeks alone, we’ve had the privilege of guiding three individuals through significant job transitions, steering them towards roles that better reflect who they are, where they belong, and where God is leading them.
WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO:
Because pastors are real people with real problems. They need a safe space to share their doubts, fears, and frustrations—without judgment or condemnation. Our coaching provides exactly that: a sanctuary for processing, praying, and rediscovering hope and vision in the face of adversity, all while leaning on the strength and guidance of our Savior, Jesus Christ.
Often, pastors feel isolated, carrying the weight of their congregation’s burdens without anyone to lean on themselves. That’s where we come in. We’re not just mentors or coaches; we’re companions on the journey, offering a listening ear, unwavering support, and genuine care for those who tirelessly care for others, mirroring the compassion and love exemplified by Jesus.
