At the beginning of 2024, we shared our Developing Workers’ word for the year. That word is:
COURAGEOUS
Sometimes it takes courage to make a change — to get out of our comfort zone and do what the Lord is calling us to do. We are celebrating the upcoming changes with Developing Workers and know that God will be glorified.
UPCOMING CHANGES:
Kelly Ramsland, the Director of Mobilize Medical, is founding a new organization. The documentation has been submitted to the IRS and she is awaiting the 501(c)(3) status approval.
What this means is that Mobilize Medical will begin operating under the new 501(c)(3) designation once the application is approved.
We are profoundly grateful for Kelly’s invaluable leadership, wisdom, and expertise within Developing Workers. Not only did she establish Mobilize Medical, but she also developed the Community Safety Initiative. We firmly believe that Kelly will remain an instrument in God’s hands, advancing His Kingdom with her remarkable talents. She has been a blessing to Developing Workers.

We will continue to be about our mission and vision to develop workers to mobilize ministry. We will continue with our focus on discipleship and equipping the saints for the work of ministry. Stay tuned as we share more details in the coming weeks.
