Hello from Tijuana, Mexico!
Developing Workers’ Foundations team is on the ground this week in Tijuana, preparing for a week of training in Northern Mexico.
Trainer Mike Fike and Director Matt Swartz will facilitate Biblical training through Foundations workshops in Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez, and Gomez Palacio.
What an incredible gift to be present to train and equip pastors in multiplying disciple making!
What’s upcoming in Foundations?
This current Foundations trip and subsequent trips to come are about investing in vision.
Many of the conversations in Northern Mexico are introductory as leaders get to know Developing Workers and as our team helps emphasize the value of implementing training for pastors.
It’s in actual implementation that disciple-makers begin to make disciples!
May 21-28- Mexico. Training leaders in Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez, and Gomez Palacio.
June 5-21- Zambia and Kenya. Continuing the training launched in Zambia in March with Workshop 2.
June 22-26- Madrid, Spain. We are relaunching in Madrid! So excited to continue with Workshop 3!
July 14-August 5- Poland. Working for three weeks in Poland helping with a summer intern program, helping lead a mission team, and serving/caring for global workers in Poland.
August 17-21- Tabasco, Mexico. Traveling for a weekend with our key partner in Mexico, Juan Marcos, and his wife, Evelyn, to build relationship and plan for future work in Mexico.

For God to continue to build deep relationships with each of our partners globally. Even this week in Mexico, our team is having amazing conversations with those we are serving about multiplying disciple making.
For safety as the Foundations team travels to so many countries. With a lot of logistics and details, we rely on God to help keep it all together!
For God to pour out generously the resources we need to accomplish all God has called us to do this summer. This is the most aggressive ministry season of travel our Foundations team has attempted in five years. We are excited and dependent on God!
Developing Workers exists to equip leaders locally and globally for the work of discipleship. We develop workers to mobilize ministry.
Foundations is the equipping arm committed to helping pastors and leaders see their churches become prevailing forces for change in their communities. We provide free training workshops, free discipleship material, and ongoing coaching and mentoring to help pastors identify and mobilize leaders in their churches.
This work is both fueled and funded by friends of our ministry.
Thanks to our community of partners like you, all financial contributions quickly transform into pastoral training, service opportunities, coaching and mentorship, special projects in underserved communities, and impactful resources that all bring us one step closer to ending discipleship poverty.
