Think Globally, Act Locally

This past summer, while training leaders in Mexico, our team had the unique opportunity to be interviewed by an international TV network focused on Spanish speakers. Matt Swartz shared with the audience about Developing Workers’ roles in mobilizing ministry, partnering with the local church to identify those who are ready for more equipping for leadership. We helped define for the audience what it means to be disciple-makers – to be churches and communities who are centered less on converts and more on the life-on-life process necessary to make disciples who also make disciples.

The interviewers themselves agree with the vision for potential leaders to be awakened and prepared to lead multitudes to walk with Jesus, creating a movement that can end discipleship poverty. May it be so in the Latin world and all around the globe!

Enjoy and be blessed by the interview (subtitled in English) today!
