Another Worker Sent-UK
Meet Daniel Shin – a missionary in the UK sent out by Developing Workers. Daniel has seen firsthand all the leaders around the world who have been influenced and resourced in their local communities through the work of the Developing Workers team, led by Founder and President, Michael Parker. This impact comes through medical trips, pastoral training, and local leader investment and is driven by the heart of DW for investing in leaders who will raise other leaders in their own communities. “I am very grateful for my time working with Developing Workers. God has used my time where to prepare me for my next endeavor in the UK. “There is a great need to combat the spiritual decline in the UK. The relationships and experience I had working with Developing Workers will only make me more effective in my new role. I am blessed to know that I am a working who was developed so that I can also develop kingdom workers to leave a legacy in the UK and beyond.”

In August we were in Nigeria to coach and support Equal as One, a medical non-profit that Kelly Ramsland has been working with for almost a year. Kelly is a visionary and activator. She has been helping Equal as One solidify their mission of medical care for the people of Nigeria. Kelly has extensive experience with medical trips, which made her the perfect person to help them establish great practices and values for their trips. DW is all about developing workers to mobilize ministry; Kelly is all about mobilization.
