Mobilize Medical
Partnering with the global church, Developing Workers is providing much needed medical care in impoverished areas, all while providing a platform to assist the church in reaching their communities with the gospel. DW is coming alongside their pastors and church leaders, equipping them to carry out the Great Commission by meeting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
Leadership Coaching and Development
Developing Workers strives to open the door for the gospel by empowering and equipping church leaders to serve in their God-given strengths through leadership development and personal coaching. DW identifies leaders and raises them to see the potential they have to impact the Kingdom of God. Our work is to help individuals identify whether they are being called into full-time ministry, as well as encourage those individuals who are already working vocationally in the ministry field.
Foundations Training
Through personal relationships and discipleship training workshops, Developing Workers is equipping pastors and church leaders worldwide to lead on a more solid foundation in the Word. From there, leaders are prepared to engage their congregations and communities, making disciples who are also making disciples that are all rooted in the Truth of the Bible.
