Terry has been teaching and advising pastors and their teams in Africa for the past several years. He has a passion for high-output, scalable, locally-driven ministries and enjoys coaching ministry leaders on Bible-centered Leadership and Stewardship. With over 40 years in the business world, he has held executive roles at global technology companies such as Intel and Microchip. He was the first employee of Blackberry in the late 1980’s. For over a decade, Terry was CEO and co-founder of a venture capital backed startup, which in 2021 he sold to e2ip technologies inc. where he now serves as their Chief Technology Officer. Terry has an Honors Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, but is watching AI rapidly making that degree irrelevant!

Terry and his wife, Lesa (a retired RN who joyfully serves with the DW Mobilize Medical teams) live in Arizona but in practice can more often be found on a plane somewhere between there and Africa.
