Mike is one of the founders of Foundations Global and has trained pastors and leaders in India and throughout Latin America. He has been the Director of Discipleship at Bethany Community Church and Sun Valley Community Church and a missionary and board member with T-Net International. He came to Christ, was discipled, trained, and involved in the Navigator ministry for 12 years. He has also received training by Saddleback Church, Willow Creek Church, Serendipity, and Sonlife.

He is a retired aerospace engineer and was a program manager and vice president. He received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Florida.

He and his wife, Janet, live in Mesa, Arizona, and have two adult daughters and seven grandchildren.
