Eric Rawdon

Eric has a bachelor’s degree in history from Arizona State University and a Masters of Art in Transformational Leadership from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. Eric grew up in the Phoenix area, and attended Grace Community Church where Michael Parker discipled Eric in high school and college. 

Starting in 2001, Eric served in full-time youth ministry in Indiana, Minnesota and Iowa. In 2013, he became the senior pastor of Oak Hill Bible Fellowship in Evansville, Indiana. He has led discipling and mission efforts in the local churches over the course of his life. Eric shared “I’m involved with and support Developing Workers because of its commitment to fulfill Jesus’ Great Commission to make disciples of all nations, both locally and globally (Matthew 28:18-20)”.

Eric has been married to Kate since 2002 and they have 3 daughters – Maddie, Ella, and Sydney. Even the family dog, Bailey, is female! Eric enjoys playing games and being outdoors with family, playing golf and rooting for his beloved Denver Broncos.
