As the year is coming to an end, we have been reflective on all that God has done over the years, what He is doing now and what He has yet to do in the future. This week we are praising God for what He is currently doing!
Right now, God is moving through Developing Workers in powerful, personal ways through our partnership with Thryve.
Every other Thursday, a group of local ministry leaders in Arizona gathers with Rick Leaderman and members of our DW team—Elijah, Peter, and Michael. Together they’re building the kind of community every leader needs but rarely has: honest, supportive, and rooted in God’s calling.
Through Thryve Essentials, leaders are being strengthened in what matters most. Over the course of six weeks they covered:
- Purpose – Clarifying God’s calling
- Faith – Staying grounded when life shakes
- Relationships – Fighting isolation with trusted community
- Leading Themselves – Practicing integrity and healthy habits
- Leading Others – Bringing clarity in chaos
- Expanding God’s Kingdom – Turning vision into action
This course has been such a useful tool for the pastors we coach as well as our own staff. Here are some take aways from Elijah and Peter:
