As the year comes to an end, Developing Workers has been reflecting on all that God has done over the years, what He is doing right now, and what He is preparing to do in the future.
As we look ahead, we are trusting God to raise $100,000 by December 31st to continue empowering leaders and impacting generations around the world.
The future is already unfolding.
Recently, members of the Developing Workers team were in Kenya alongside our partners at Global Surge for the S4 Conference. During this time of training and vision casting, something powerful happened.
Nine pastors stood up and made a commitment—to either go themselves or send someone they are discipling to another nation. These men, wearing green lanyards, represent something much bigger than a moment: leaders who are catching God’s heart for the nations and taking steps of obedience that will ripple far beyond their own churches.

Another glimpse of that future is found in Josh Kombe.
Through Developing Workers’ partnership and support, Josh was able to pursue his education, receive pastoral training, and step into ministry equipped and confident in his calling. God has been shaping him faithfully over time, and now we’re prayerfully looking ahead to what’s next.
In the coming year, our goal is to bring Josh to the U.S. for an internship with First Baptist Tempe—a season that would further develop him as a pastor and leader so he can continue investing in others for years to come.

This is the future Developing Workers is committed to building:
empowered leaders who create lasting change in their communities and beyond.
As we close the year, would you consider making a one-time gift to help us reach our $100,000 year-end goal and continue preparing leaders for what God has ahead?
Your generosity today helps shape the future of churches, communities, and nations tomorrow.
