Celebrating Michael Parker: A Life of Discipleship
For the past 35 years, Michael Parker, the founder of Developing Workers, has dedicated his life to discipleship and building relationships that make a lasting impact. His journey began at Forest Home in 1990, near the Billy Graham rock, where he made a life-changing decision to be a disciple and to make disciples.
Welcoming Elijah & Kennedi to the Developing Workers Team!
Over the years, Elijah has traveled on several trips with Developing Workers, training others using our discipleship materials. Now, we are excited to welcome Elijah and his wife, Kennedi, as they step into a new role—coaching and equipping leaders both locally and globally.
NEED FOR DISCIPLESHIP TODAY
We’re passionate about equipping pastors to bridge this gap and foster a discipleship culture that transforms lives.
A Sacred Love
With Valentine’s Day approaching, love is on many people’s minds. But beyond the flowers and gifts, Scripture points us to the deepest and most sacred love—the love of Christ. Just as Christ laid down His life for the Church, husbands are called to love their wives with that same sacrificial devotion (Ephesians 5:25).
100K Update!
We are blown away by the generosity of each one of you who gave—no matter the size of the gift. Because of you, we raised well over our $100,000 goal! God is so good.
Celebrating God’s Faithfulness in 2024
As we look back on 2024, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the incredible ways God has worked through Developing Workers. Your prayers, partnership, and generosity have been vital in this journey of growth and transformation. Thank you for standing with us and blessing us with your steadfast support.
Courage to Create Change
We’re on a mission to raise $100,000 by December 31st, and every dollar will be matched up to $20,000! That means your gift today goes twice as far in equipping pastors and church leaders to lead with courage and impact.
Together, We Can Make a Difference
Through intentional one-on-one time, they mentor and pour into pastors and ministry leaders, helping them navigate challenges and prevent burnout. These relationships take time, and the fruit—change and healing—comes over time as well.
Merry Christmas
Merry Christmas to you and your family!
Wherever the Lord has you this year, we pray you are finding your strength and joy in Him!
