A Month of Gratitude and Praise

As we step into November, we continue to sing praises for all that the Lord is doing through Developing Workers. We’re excited to share updates on recent happenings within our ministry and beyond.

Experiencing the Reckless Love of God:

We’re celebrating a powerful testimony: Michael recently met with a new believer, who recently gave his life to Jesus and a few months later is considering the call to full-time ministry. Only God can transform a heart and call the person into ministry so quickly. Can we get an “Amen” for that? As God raises up new leaders around the world, please pray for this man’s spiritual journey and for clarity in God’s calling on his life.

Growing Leaders for Global Impact:

Since January, we have been connecting with numerous leaders who already believe in the power of discipleship. We simply want to invite them into a conversation about how we multiply disciple making. Our prayer for these leaders is that they would step into a future leadership role as Foundations trainers. This DW Leader Community Group meets every other month. The vision is for each of these leaders to invite others to the group and consider joining us on one of our trips in the next 18 months. We want to help them understand how we use our workshops to help build networks where we work together to end discipleship poverty.

Three of these dedicated trainers from our community group—Bruce, Greg, and Mark—will travel to Kenya to equip local church leaders with our Foundations materials. As they prepare, please pray for their journey and for the lives they’ll impact through this trip.

Take Courage to Create Change:

This Giving Tuesday, we are stepping out in faith to raise $100,000 for lasting transformation. By giving courageously, you can help empower pastors, equip leaders, and expand ministries to impact communities locally and globally. Your gift provides the resources and training needed to spark change that will ripple through generations. Join us today and make a difference that endures.

Thank you for your prayers, support, and commitment to making a lasting impact with us.
