We are excited to share an update on the ongoing work God is doing through our partnership with Global Surge and the Indian Ocean Initiative (IOI)—a relationship we stepped into last year and one that continues to deepen.
How Developing Workers Is Partnering to IOI:
Training Leaders – As workers are mobilized and leaders emerge, our team provides Foundations Discipleship training, contextualized to each culture and language.
Translating Resources – We are currently developing translations in Arabic, African French, Thai, Burmese, and several Southeast Asian languages to serve the growing need.
Partner Care – We continue to care for and support global workers within the initiative so they remain spiritually healthy, encouraged, and equipped.
This partnership remains a significant expression of our vision: empowering leaders who impact generations.
Momentum Across Continents
Matt is currently in Cambodia training pastors from multiple nations—leaders who are embracing the Indian Ocean Initiative with great seriousness and courage.
Recently, Michael Parker and our team participated in the S4 Conference in Kenya with Global Surge. During a powerful moment, nine pastors—our guys in the green lanyards—stood up and committed to either going themselves or sending someone into another nation. Their willingness to respond to the mission firsthand was deeply encouraging.
